From Oslo
From Jernbanetorget (Oslo sentrum), take bus 83 toward Tårnåsen / Mastemyr. Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at Lienga or Mastemyr Hotell stop. From there, it’s a 2–3 minute walk to Lienga 6, 1414 Trollåsen.
From Kolbotn
From Kolbotn bus station, take bus 81 or bus 83 toward Mastemyr / Tårnåsen. Ride for about 5–7 minutes and get off at Lienga stop. From there, walk 2–3 minutes to Lienga 6, 1414 Trollåsen.
From central Oslo, take E6 southbound toward Göteborg / Kolbotn. Continue on E6 for about 10 km, then take the exit toward Trollåsen / Mastemyr / Lienga. At the roundabout, follow signs for Lienga and merge onto Lienga road. Continue straight through the industrial area until you reach Lienga 6, 1414 Trollåsen. Parking is available near the building entrance.
Cyclists starting from Kolbotn bus station can head west along Kolbotnveien, then follow local roads toward Trollåsen / Mastemyr. Continue onto Lienga, riding through the industrial area until you reach Lienga 6, 1414 Trollåsen. Bicycle parking is available near the building entrance.
